Paruppu Podi

Lentils, Horsegram, Pepper, Jeera, Red chillies, Salt, Asafoetida

• Add 2-3 tbsps of parrupu podi to steamed rice/ steamed millets along with a dollop of ghee
• Add the podi to spice up your vegetables (as per taste)
• You can use it to thicken your gravies
• Use it as a chutney along with your favourite breakfast dishes
