Lentils, Sesame seeds, Red chilli, Hing, Curry leaves, Salt

• Take desired amount of molagai podi
• Add ghee or til oil

 

Our little secret:

• Add some sugar to get that sweet and spicy taste
• Goes well with Idlis, Dosas, Vadas, Utappas.
• Smear this mixture over the idlis before making idli fry.
• Whip into curd to make a yummy dip.
• Use the mixture as a spread for your sandwiches or to make spicy potato roast sabji
